Judy Creighton is a Certified Cheese Professional with a long career as an expert in cheese. She has been a purveyor of cheese, a cheese educator, a cheese historian, and a cheese author.

All of this knowledge has fed into her new book, Cheese Loves Wine — which features twenty chapters on types of cheese (and additional morsels) to pair with types of wine to achieve Cocktail Hour Perfection.
